Sarah Keenan is a coach, Human Resources consultant, and mediator based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. For more than two decades Sarah has worked in Human Resources in both large organizations and small entrepreneurial firms. Her experience has been gained in a wide variety of industries such as manufacturing, customer service, telecommunications, major league sports, retail, advertising and communications/PR. As an executive herself, Sarah has been a member of senior leadership teams, and in those roles she has coached employees at all levels of an organization, including senior executives. She has proven and extensive HR experience with employee relations, labour relations, talent management, organizational development, performance management, recruitment, and total rewards. Sarah has strong interests in working with new executives and emerging leaders, as well as assisting to resolve organizational conflict. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Guelph, and an MBA from McMaster University. In addition to her degrees, she has certificates in both Coaching and Mediation. She is certified to apply and debrief the Personal Profile Analysis & Human Job Analysis (DISC) Assessment Tools through Thomas International.
