Jill Roussy is an Executive Coach and Facilitator partnering with individuals and teams to uncover insights and drive growth in the areas of Leadership, Executive Presence, Communication and Team Effectiveness. From 2003 Jill led a consulting firm focused on delivering breakthrough consumer insights and marketing strategies for large corporate clients. Over time she shifted her focus from brand and business consulting to coaching leaders, based on her realization that as go the leaders and their teams, so goes the business. Prior to becoming a coach Jill held progressively senior marketing roles in Canada and Europe with American Express, Whirlpool Europe, Bell Canada and Mackenzie Investments. Jill is passionate about helping individuals and teams uncover insights to drive positive results. A strong critical thinker, skilled communicator with a warm sense of humour, she ensures clients develop straightforward, powerful solutions that work. In addition to her coaching certifications with CTI and ICF, she holds an MBA from Ivey School of Business and is an Ivey-Certified Executive Coach coaching leaders from around the world in various Ivey Leadership programs.
