Women in Leadership

At the current pace of change it will be over 200 years before women occupy as many executive level roles as men. Which means at least two things - the path of a woman into an executive leadership role will continue to be challenging for quite some time, and that women need unique support in order to achieve their leadership goals in the current environment.

Our women's leadership program, designed to support both women already in executive roles or those identified as high potential, can accelerate a woman’s journey to the top ranks in organizations.

Rightly or wrongly, women often face different challenges on their leadership journey. Whether they are the only woman at the executive table or are trying to accelerate through a traditional organization, most women will tell you that they find it difficult to find mentors, understand expectations, build networks and focus their development. Several of our coaches are women who have risen to the executive levels in organizations prior to becoming coaches, so we have lived experience of how to navigate and be successful.

Through our leadership coaching programs for women we work with women who are considered to be top talent in their organizations. We support their understanding of what it takes to rise up and how to do it such that they retain their individuality and leverage their unique gifts and competencies. Our methodology includes interview-based 360 feedback and real-time observation such that we are able to provide clear context for the development work that must occur.

We also support women who have already risen to the executive levels, and who are feeling isolated and that they are not receiving sufficient direct feedback.

Our typical women's leadership program engagement is six months long, with meetings at least twice per month and including stakeholder alignment meetings, review of assessments and evaluations, interview-based 360 feedback, observation and between-meeting access as needed.

If you are a woman aspiring to leadership, or if you represent an organization committed to ensuring you support the leadership goals of your most valuable women leaders, please get in touch.
